Is Claude Code worth it for a solo dev?

I'm a freelancer working on React/Node projects. Currently using Copilot. Is Claude Code worth the switch? My main concern is the usage limits everyone talks about.

ZenPanda516: If you're coming from the previous version, the upgrade is 100% worth it.

NeonPhoenix3047: Not worth the premium price imo. The mid-range option does 90% of what this does.
