Performance drops with 5000+ records

My team's database has about 8K records and Notion is almost unusable. Loading takes 5-10 seconds, filters lag, and sorting sometimes just doesn't work. Offline mode is a joke. Anyone found workarounds?

SarahKim: This happened to me too. Ended up switching to a competitor and haven't looked back.

OceanMaker198: Factory reset fixed it temporarily but it came back after 2 days.

PixelSurfer27: Mine works fine? Maybe it's a batch issue. When did you buy yours?
