AirPods Pro 2 firmware update ruined the ANC
By SarahKim · ISSUE · About AirPods Pro 2
After the latest firmware update (7B520) the Active Noise Cancellation on my AirPods Pro 2 is noticeably worse. I'm hearing way more ambient noise than before, especially low-frequency sounds like AC units and traffic.
Is anyone else experiencing this? I've tried resetting them, re-pairing, everything. Nothing helps.
Apple really needs to let us roll back firmware updates. This is unacceptable for $250 earbuds.

SarahKim: Are they even aware of this? Their social media is dead silent.
NeonFlux225: This is getting ridiculous. How is this not fixed yet?
StormPulse179: Filed a bug report. Everyone should do the same to get this prioritized.
DigitalHawk9933: Have you tried resetting to factory settings? That fixed it for me.
StormVibe941: PSA: downgrading to version 3.2 fixes this. Not ideal but works.
HappyFox759: This is a dealbreaker. Literally unusable when this happens.
