Bold move but hear me out. I set up a Claude Code workflow with custom MCP servers that: 1. Reads the PR diff 2. Runs the test suite 3. Identifies untested code paths 4. Writes additional test cases 5. Flags potential regressions Saved us ~20 hours/week of manual QA. Our bug rate actually went DOWN. The key was setting up proper guardrails and not blindly trusting the output. Happy to share the setup if anyone's interested.
