The GoPro subscription model is getting out of hand

GoPro used to sell cameras. Now they sell subscriptions that happen to require a camera. Let me count the ways they push the subscription: - Cloud storage locked behind sub - Best stabilization features require sub - Replacement guarantee requires sub - Even decent export quality requires sub I just want to buy a camera and use it. Is that too much to ask? Considering switching to DJI Action cameras instead.

ShadowSpark326: Weirdly mine only does this when connected to wifi. Works fine on cellular.
