Warning: They are swinging the ban-hammer

I am really f‘ing pissed of.. My familiy had 3 Pro Accounts.. until today.
All 3 Accounts are banned. No notice, no reason; just banned. OpenAI just banned 660€ worth of subscription for nothing.
What did we do? Well, I dont know. My wife used her account for wedding planning and I used 2 of the families‘ accounts for code-review. No one of us did more than \~30-45 pro requests.
I am really baffled. Did anyone experience the same?
Update:
1. No changing or suspicious IPs
2. No automations, no „hacks“..
3. All bills paid, everything same Credit Card

ShadowVibe354: My husband has a Pro account and uses it at work while I am home. He stated to open my own pro account because if I use the home computer with his pro, there would be a red flag, per say, that it is being used in two locations at the same time, and be banned.
