SarahKim: Your battery is swelling. This is super dangerous and can lead to a fire. I would strongly suggest removing it from your home until you're able to take it into Apple. FrostVibe801: Same happened with me. I switched off the phone, walked into nearest apple store , and handed it over to them. They did some checks and replaced battery for free (as it’s a known issue in 13).
