AirPods Pro charging with Apple Watch charger?

By accident I placed my Apple Watch charger on my AirPods and noticed they started charging. I’m pretty sure it didn’t work before, because I tried it in the past

AlexChen: I do it all the time. Actually I was qute amazed when I found out they charge on a MagSafe charger too.

ChillPanda905: It was one of their announcements when they released the 2nd gen lightning pair Pro in 2022. I need to remind my siblings their AirPods can do that. Hahaha
