1Password is overrated — here's why

I know this is an unpopular opinion but 1Password really isn't worth the hype. I've had persistent issues with reliability and the customer support has been disappointing. For the price point there are better alternatives that deliver more consistent results. Maybe I got a bad unit but my experience has been frustrating.

FrostNinja842: The price point is the real issue here. For what you pay, you should get way more.
StormNinja586: Had the same problem. Try resetting to factory defaults and setting up from scratch. Fixed it for me. Pain to reconfigure everything but it works.
