Apple Watch Ultra 2 crashes on startup after latest update

After the most recent update, Apple Watch Ultra 2 crashes immediately on startup. I've tried reinstalling and clearing the cache but nothing works. Anyone else experiencing this? Running on the latest OS version. This is really frustrating since I rely on it daily.
