Arc'teryx Alpha SV after 1 year — long term review
By SwiftOrbit917 · REVIEW · 4/5 stars · About Arc'teryx Alpha SV
One year in with Arc'teryx Alpha SV and I wanted to give an update. It's held up remarkably well with daily use. No significant degradation in performance or build quality. The software updates have actually made it better over time. This is genuinely a buy-it-for-life product in my experience.

ShadowEcho853: Honestly surprised by the positive take. Mine was DOA.
ShadowEcho853: Had the same problem. Try resetting to factory defaults and setting up from scratch. Fixed it for me. Pain to reconfigure everything but it works.
FrostVibe801: This is spot on. Every point you made resonates with my experience.
CrystalScout894: I returned mine after 2 weeks. The build quality was a dealbreaker for me.
BlazePhoenix541: The price point is the real issue here. For what you pay, you should get way more.
ChillPanda905: Comparing Arc'teryx Alpha SV to what was available even two years ago is night and day. The category has improved so much and this product is leading the way.
