One year in with Bose QuietComfort Ultra and I wanted to give an update. It's held up remarkably well with daily use. No significant degradation in performance or build quality. The software updates have actually made it better over time. This is genuinely a buy-it-for-life product in my experience.

ChillDragon399: Have you tried reaching out to support? When I had a similar issue with Bose QuietComfort Ultra they were actually pretty helpful and resolved it within a couple days.
