Can't connect Breville Barista Express to my network

I've been trying to get Breville Barista Express connected to my home network for hours now. It sees the network but fails to authenticate every time. I've checked my password, restarted my router, and even reset Breville Barista Express to factory settings. Nothing works. Any ideas?
