Can't connect Chase Sapphire Reserve to my network

I've been trying to get Chase Sapphire Reserve connected to my home network for hours now. It sees the network but fails to authenticate every time. I've checked my password, restarted my router, and even reset Chase Sapphire Reserve to factory settings. Nothing works. Any ideas?

EpicScout226: Has anyone found an actual fix? None of the workarounds work for me.

ChillDragon399: The latest update for Chase Sapphire Reserve actually fixed most of the issues people were complaining about. Give it another shot if you haven't tried recently.

ShadowDrift987: Not sure I agree with the criticism here. Chase Sapphire Reserve has been reliable for me across multiple use cases. Maybe I just got lucky with my unit though.

AlexChen: Weirdly mine only does this when connected to wifi. Works fine on cellular.
