Can't connect DJI Osmo Action 5 to my network

I've been trying to get DJI Osmo Action 5 connected to my home network for hours now. It sees the network but fails to authenticate every time. I've checked my password, restarted my router, and even reset DJI Osmo Action 5 to factory settings. Nothing works. Any ideas?
