Can't connect Dyson Supersonic to my network

I've been trying to get Dyson Supersonic connected to my home network for hours now. It sees the network but fails to authenticate every time. I've checked my password, restarted my router, and even reset Dyson Supersonic to factory settings. Nothing works. Any ideas?
