Anyone else getting 'usage limit reached' every 2 hours? This is unusable for real work

Trying to use Claude Code as my primary coding tool but the limits make it impossible. Every ~2 hours I get hit with the usage limit wall. I'm on Pro. My coworker on Max says it's barely better. We're both considering going back to Copilot. It's dumber but at least it's always there when you need it.
