Claude Code crashes on large monorepos — anyone found a fix?

Running Claude Code in a monorepo with ~50 packages and it consistently crashes after about 10 minutes. Gets an out-of-memory error. I've tried increasing Node's heap size but it doesn't help. The repo is about 2GB total. Anyone else dealing with this? Is there a way to scope Claude Code to just one package in the monorepo?

FrostVibe801: Factory reset fixed it temporarily but it came back after 2 days.
