Claude Code + MCP servers is genuinely game-changing for API work

If you're not using MCP servers with Claude Code, you're missing out. I set up the Postgres MCP server and the GitHub MCP server and now Claude can query my database directly, check PR status, and run migrations all from the CLI. It turned Claude Code from a code assistant into a full development environment. The initial setup takes like 30 minutes but it's so worth it. Wrote a blog post about my setup if anyone's interested.
