Permission errors on macOS after latest update

Updated Claude Code yesterday and now I'm getting permission denied errors when it tries to write files. Tried reinstalling, resetting permissions, even ran it with sudo (I know, I know). Nothing works. This is on macOS Sequoia 15.3. Anyone else? I'm dead in the water until this is fixed.
