Can't connect Google Pixel Watch 3 to my network

I've been trying to get Google Pixel Watch 3 connected to my home network for hours now. It sees the network but fails to authenticate every time. I've checked my password, restarted my router, and even reset Google Pixel Watch 3 to factory settings. Nothing works. Any ideas?
