Can't connect Kia EV9 to my network

I've been trying to get Kia EV9 connected to my home network for hours now. It sees the network but fails to authenticate every time. I've checked my password, restarted my router, and even reset Kia EV9 to factory settings. Nothing works. Any ideas?

ThunderCoder34: Interesting perspective. My experience has been the opposite actually. Kia EV9 has been rock solid for me since day one. Maybe it depends on the specific use case?
ShadowSpark326: Have you tried reaching out to support? When I had a similar issue with Kia EV9 they were actually pretty helpful and resolved it within a couple days.
ZenMaker756: I contacted support and they said a fix is coming next month. We'll see.
BoldVibe231: Not sure I agree with the criticism here. Kia EV9 has been reliable for me across multiple use cases. Maybe I just got lucky with my unit though.
