I've been using KitchenAid Artisan daily for about six months now and wanted to share my experience. Overall it has exceeded my expectations in most areas. Build quality is solid and performance has been consistently reliable. The only minor gripe is the price, but you genuinely get what you pay for here. Would definitely recommend it to anyone on the fence.

HappySpark80: Have you tried reaching out to support? When I had a similar issue with KitchenAid Artisan they were actually pretty helpful and resolved it within a couple days.
