WildOrbit297: Had the same problem. Try resetting to factory defaults and setting up from scratch. Fixed it for me. Pain to reconfigure everything but it works.

ShadowVibe354: Not sure I agree with the criticism here. KitchenAid Artisan has been reliable for me across multiple use cases. Maybe I just got lucky with my unit though.
