Kobo Libra Colour crashes on startup after latest update

After the most recent update, Kobo Libra Colour crashes immediately on startup. I've tried reinstalling and clearing the cache but nothing works. Anyone else experiencing this? Running on the latest OS version. This is really frustrating since I rely on it daily.

SwiftEcho377: Not sure I agree with the criticism here. Kobo Libra Colour has been reliable for me across multiple use cases. Maybe I just got lucky with my unit though.

SwiftMaker899: Totally agree with this. I've had a very similar experience with Kobo Libra Colour. The quality is consistent and support has been responsive whenever I've reached out.

BoldVibe231: Had the same problem. Try resetting to factory defaults and setting up from scratch. Fixed it for me. Pain to reconfigure everything but it works.

SwiftCoder4821: 3 months and still no fix. Starting to lose patience honestly.

SwiftMaker952: This is a dealbreaker. Literally unusable when this happens.
