Anyone else notice Loom has changed lately?

Is it just me or has Loom been different recently? The recent updates seem to have shifted the direction of the product. Some changes are welcome but others feel like a step backwards. Curious to hear if others feel the same way or if I'm being too critical.

HappySpark80: Have you tried reaching out to support? When I had a similar issue with Loom they were actually pretty helpful and resolved it within a couple days.
