I'm torn between MacBook Pro M4 and its main competitors. Can anyone who has tried both share their experience? I mainly care about reliability, value for money, and long-term support. Budget isn't the primary concern.

SwiftMaker899: Have you tried reaching out to support? When I had a similar issue with MacBook Pro M4 they were actually pretty helpful and resolved it within a couple days.

SwiftMaker899: Had the same problem. Try resetting to factory defaults and setting up from scratch. Fixed it for me. Pain to reconfigure everything but it works.
