Nanoleaf Shapes crashes on startup after latest update

After the most recent update, Nanoleaf Shapes crashes immediately on startup. I've tried reinstalling and clearing the cache but nothing works. Anyone else experiencing this? Running on the latest OS version. This is really frustrating since I rely on it daily.

FrostNinja842: I switched from Nanoleaf Shapes to a competitor last month. Honestly regretting it. The grass isn't always greener.

EpicPulse839: Had the same problem. Try resetting to factory defaults and setting up from scratch. Fixed it for me. Pain to reconfigure everything but it works.

FrostNinja842: The latest update for Nanoleaf Shapes actually fixed most of the issues people were complaining about. Give it another shot if you haven't tried recently.
