Nespresso Vertuo is overrated — here's why

I know this is an unpopular opinion but Nespresso Vertuo really isn't worth the hype. I've had persistent issues with reliability and the customer support has been disappointing. For the price point there are better alternatives that deliver more consistent results. Maybe I got a bad unit but my experience has been frustrating.

StormDragon762: Had the same problem. Try resetting to factory defaults and setting up from scratch. Fixed it for me. Pain to reconfigure everything but it works.
CrystalScout894: Comparing Nespresso Vertuo to what was available even two years ago is night and day. The category has improved so much and this product is leading the way.
