Can't connect Nespresso Vertuo to my network

I've been trying to get Nespresso Vertuo connected to my home network for hours now. It sees the network but fails to authenticate every time. I've checked my password, restarted my router, and even reset Nespresso Vertuo to factory settings. Nothing works. Any ideas?

SwiftMaker840: Have you tried reaching out to support? When I had a similar issue with Nespresso Vertuo they were actually pretty helpful and resolved it within a couple days.
