Netflix is overrated — here's why

I know this is an unpopular opinion but Netflix really isn't worth the hype. I've had persistent issues with reliability and the customer support has been disappointing. For the price point there are better alternatives that deliver more consistent results. Maybe I got a bad unit but my experience has been frustrating.

WildOrbit297: Have you tried reaching out to support? When I had a similar issue with Netflix they were actually pretty helpful and resolved it within a couple days.
