Can't connect Nike Air Max to my network

I've been trying to get Nike Air Max connected to my home network for hours now. It sees the network but fails to authenticate every time. I've checked my password, restarted my router, and even reset Nike Air Max to factory settings. Nothing works. Any ideas?

BoldVibe231: Have you tried reaching out to support? When I had a similar issue with Nike Air Max they were actually pretty helpful and resolved it within a couple days.
