Anyone else notice Nintendo Switch 2 has changed lately?

Is it just me or has Nintendo Switch 2 been different recently? The recent updates seem to have shifted the direction of the product. Some changes are welcome but others feel like a step backwards. Curious to hear if others feel the same way or if I'm being too critical.

ThunderGamer219: Have you tried reaching out to support? When I had a similar issue with Nintendo Switch 2 they were actually pretty helpful and resolved it within a couple days.
