Battery drain issue with Obsidian

Has anyone else noticed severe battery drain with Obsidian recently? Mine went from lasting all day to barely making it past noon. I haven't changed my usage patterns. Wondering if a recent firmware update caused this regression.

ShadowDrift987: Has anyone found an actual fix? None of the workarounds work for me.

SwiftEcho377: Workaround: try clearing the cache and restarting. Not ideal but it works.

BoldCoder636: This happened to me too. Ended up switching to a competitor and haven't looked back.
