Can't connect Patagonia Nano Puff to my network

I've been trying to get Patagonia Nano Puff connected to my home network for hours now. It sees the network but fails to authenticate every time. I've checked my password, restarted my router, and even reset Patagonia Nano Puff to factory settings. Nothing works. Any ideas?
