Slack crashes on startup after latest update

After the most recent update, Slack crashes immediately on startup. I've tried reinstalling and clearing the cache but nothing works. Anyone else experiencing this? Running on the latest OS version. This is really frustrating since I rely on it daily.

ChillScout586: PSA: downgrading to version 3.2 fixes this. Not ideal but works.

ChillDragon399: Has anyone found an actual fix? None of the workarounds work for me.

SwiftEcho377: I work in the industry and Slack genuinely has one of the best engineering teams behind it. The attention to detail is clear when you use it daily.
