Made the switch to Sony WF-1000XM5 about three months ago after years with the competition. The difference is night and day. Everything just feels smoother and more polished. Setup was painless and I was productive within the first hour. If you're considering making the jump, just do it.

FrostNinja842: Had the same problem. Try resetting to factory defaults and setting up from scratch. Fixed it for me. Pain to reconfigure everything but it works.
