Can't connect Surface Pro to my network

I've been trying to get Surface Pro connected to my home network for hours now. It sees the network but fails to authenticate every time. I've checked my password, restarted my router, and even reset Surface Pro to factory settings. Nothing works. Any ideas?

StormNinja586: Have you tried reaching out to support? When I had a similar issue with Surface Pro they were actually pretty helpful and resolved it within a couple days.

StormSurfer638: Comparing Surface Pro to what was available even two years ago is night and day. The category has improved so much and this product is leading the way.

SwiftMaker840: Not sure I agree with the criticism here. Surface Pro has been reliable for me across multiple use cases. Maybe I just got lucky with my unit though.
