How I got Surface Pro working perfectly — my setup guide

After weeks of tweaking, I finally have Surface Pro running exactly how I want it. Sharing my configuration in case it helps anyone else. The key was adjusting the default settings which are honestly not great out of the box. Once you customize it properly, the experience improves dramatically.
