Wealthsimple is overrated — here's why

I know this is an unpopular opinion but Wealthsimple really isn't worth the hype. I've had persistent issues with reliability and the customer support has been disappointing. For the price point there are better alternatives that deliver more consistent results. Maybe I got a bad unit but my experience has been frustrating.
