Can't connect Whoop 4.0 to my network

I've been trying to get Whoop 4.0 connected to my home network for hours now. It sees the network but fails to authenticate every time. I've checked my password, restarted my router, and even reset Whoop 4.0 to factory settings. Nothing works. Any ideas?

ThunderCoder479: Factory reset fixed it temporarily but it came back after 2 days.
