Is Whoop 4.0 worth it in 2026?

I'm thinking about getting Whoop 4.0 but it's been out for a while now. Is it still worth the investment in 2026 or should I wait for the next version? Would love to hear from current owners about whether it still holds up.

SwiftMaker899: Interesting perspective. My experience has been the opposite actually. Whoop 4.0 has been rock solid for me since day one. Maybe it depends on the specific use case?

PixelSurfer27: Not sure I agree with the criticism here. Whoop 4.0 has been reliable for me across multiple use cases. Maybe I just got lucky with my unit though.

SwiftEcho377: Comparing Whoop 4.0 to what was available even two years ago is night and day. The category has improved so much and this product is leading the way.
