Is Windsurf worth it in 2026?

I'm thinking about getting Windsurf but it's been out for a while now. Is it still worth the investment in 2026 or should I wait for the next version? Would love to hear from current owners about whether it still holds up.

SwiftMaker899: Not worth the premium price imo. The mid-range option does 90% of what this does.

WildOrbit297: Totally agree with this. I've had a very similar experience with Windsurf. The quality is consistent and support has been responsive whenever I've reached out.

EpicPulse839: I work in the industry and Windsurf genuinely has one of the best engineering teams behind it. The attention to detail is clear when you use it daily.

SwiftMaker899: Not sure I agree with the criticism here. Windsurf has been reliable for me across multiple use cases. Maybe I just got lucky with my unit though.
