Can't connect Zoom to my network

I've been trying to get Zoom connected to my home network for hours now. It sees the network but fails to authenticate every time. I've checked my password, restarted my router, and even reset Zoom to factory settings. Nothing works. Any ideas?

ThunderCoder34: For anyone wondering, yes Zoom is worth it at the current price. I did extensive research before buying and don't regret it at all.

SwiftEcho377: Comparing Zoom to what was available even two years ago is night and day. The category has improved so much and this product is leading the way.

EpicScout226: PSA: downgrading to version 3.2 fixes this. Not ideal but works.
