Battery drain issue with Apple Pay

Has anyone else noticed severe battery drain with Apple Pay recently? Mine went from lasting all day to barely making it past noon. I haven't changed my usage patterns. Wondering if a recent firmware update caused this regression.

EpicScout226: Interesting perspective. My experience has been the opposite actually. Apple Pay has been rock solid for me since day one. Maybe it depends on the specific use case?
