How we set up Zoko chatbot for our tea brand — step by step

Took me about a week to get our Zoko chatbot fully set up for our Darjeeling tea brand. The flow builder is decent once you understand it. We handle order tracking, product recommendations, and basic FAQ through the bot. About 60% of queries are now resolved without human intervention. Happy to share our flow templates if anyone wants them. The ROI has been solid — we're saving about 15 hours/week of support time.
