Switched from Zoko to Yellow.ai — here's why

Used Zoko for about a year. It's great for small D2C brands but we outgrew it. The automation capabilities are limited compared to Yellow.ai, and once you're doing 50k+ conversations/month the pricing doesn't scale well. Also their enterprise support is basically the same as regular support. If you're a small brand doing under 10k conversations/month, Zoko is perfect. Beyond that, look elsewhere.
