We run a skincare brand in India and started using Zoko about 6 months ago for WhatsApp marketing. The broadcast feature is solid — we can segment customers and send personalized offers. Our abandoned cart recovery rate went from basically nothing to about 18%. The team inbox is great for our support team. Pricing is fair for what you get. Only complaint is the analytics dashboard could be more detailed.
