Zoko's pricing model is confusing and more expensive than it looks

Just got our first real bill from Zoko and it's way more than expected. The base plan is $34.99 but then you pay per conversation on top of that, and WhatsApp's own conversation fees are separate. So our actual cost was like $180 for the month. The pricing page doesn't make this clear at all. It's a good tool but I wish they were more transparent about total cost.
